Mitchell Aero, Inc., appellant (hereinafter Aero), a Wisconsin corporation, objected to personal property assessment against it by the City of Milwaukee, on improvements made by Aero on land it leased from Milwaukee county. The Board of Review of the city sustained the assessment. The circuit court, on certiorari, affirmed the Board of Review. Mitchell Aero, Inc., appeals from that judgment. It is our opinion that the basic issue in this case is controlled by our decision in Mitchell Aero, Inc. v. Milwaukee (1969), 42 Wis. 2d 656, 168 N.W.2d 183.
